Many customers like to have the choice when it comes to their lift maintenance and for this reason we have four different Service Contracts on offer:

- Gold
- Gold Plus
Our Silver contract is our basic contract and includes 2 services per year, alongside this you will have 24/7 access to our helpline. This type of contract is suited to those who do not wish to LOLER test their lift or get their LOLER testing carried out by their insurance company. Our Gold contract is comprehensive therefore meaning it includes both servicing and any parts that may be required for the lift. A total of 2 services and 2 LOLER tests will be carried out per year alongside having 24/7 access to our helpline. Our Gold Plus contract is fully comprehensive therefore meaning it includes not only servicing and parts but also 2 LOLER tests per year.
