Here at Patterson Lifts we understand that the smooth and reliable running of your lift and lifting equipment is important and can be vital for both you and/or your organisation. Whether it be a small stairlift right up to a busy passenger lift we have the skills and expertise to ensure that your lift is maintained to the highest possible standard. Since our early days we have been proud to be able to offer lift servicing not only for existing customers but also for new customers with different types of lifts.

Our engineers have specialist lift experience therefore delivering excellent servicing, repairs and refurbishments to all our customers. Many of our customers have auto-diallers installed within their lifts to allow them to make calls to our helpline at any time of the day, this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Not only do we carry out repairs when something is faulty, we also offer maintenance contracts so that your lift/lifting equipment can be kept in the best possible condition while adhering to all current standards and regulations.

In accordance with lift regulations all our lifts are fitted with remote elevator monitoring and as such you are safe in the knowledge that there is always someone on the end of the phone night or day to assist with response.
